S.M.A.R.T. Goals - Specific

Next time you’re ready to sit down with a pen and pad or head over to your vision board, try making your goals S.M.A.R.T.

SMART goals means that your goals should be:
➡️ Specific
➡️ Measurable
➡️ Achievable
➡️ Relevant
➡️ and Time-bound

Let’s start with SPECIFIC.  Try to answer the following questions:
🔹️What do I want to accomplish?
🔹️Why is this goal important?
🔹️Who is involved?
🔹️Where is it located?
🔹️Which resources or limits are involved?

Having answers to these questions will help you focus your efforts on the right tasks and keep you motivated!
