WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
In alignment with community development initiatives, GTW ensures citizens are aware of - and have access to - resources to assist them with obtaining training and skills needed to gain employment.
OUR PURPOSE
It is becoming a widespread problem across the nation that various organizations – including state and local governments – are losing funding or having to repay millions of dollars in funding because they have not successfully implemented programs that fall within the funding guidelines. This results in a lose-lose situation as these entities appear to fail at achieving their desired outcomes, and the communities that these funds are designated for, go without desperately needed services and support.
